Shipping & Delivery Information

I take great care in packaging and shipping your custom pet portrait to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Below are the details about my shipping and delivery process:

Processing Time:

• Each custom pet portrait is made to order, and we want to make sure it’s perfect!
• Please allow 2-3 weeks for the creation of your artwork, depending on the complexity and the number of pets in the portrait. I will confirm your estimated delivery date via email.
• You will receive a digital proof of your artwork for approval before the final piece is shipped, which could add a few additional days to the processing time if any revisions are requested.

Shipping Time:

• Once your artwork is approved and finalised, it will be carefully packaged and shipped.
• Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom): Typically takes 1-2 business days depending on your location.
• International Shipping: Delivery can take anywhere from 10-20 business days depending on the destination country and any customs processing delays.

Shipping Method:

• I send all UK parcels 24 hour tracked with The Royal Mail.
• All orders are shipped with tracking numbers so you can easily follow your package’s journey.
• Your custom portrait will be shipped in protective packaging to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

Shipping Costs:

• Domestic: Shipping cost £5.00
• International: International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, and any customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once your order is placed, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the reference photos of your pets that you'd like to have featured in the artwork. After receiving your photos, I will review them to ensure they are suitable for the best possible outcome.

Following this review, I will provide you with an expected completion date for your custom portrait. If you have a specific deadline or your order is time-sensitive—for example, for a special occasion—please let me know right away! I’ll prioritise your commission to make sure it’s completed and delivered by your desired date.
